About the Role
The Assistant to the Head of Global Operations will be responsible for supporting all office lease and procurement activities, including project management, procurement coordination, contract management, and real estate market trends evaluation.
The successful applicant will work closely with our global teams to ensure efficient and effective processes across all regions.
Key Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Project management support, including defining scope and deliverables, budget preparation, and cost control.
- Procurement coordination, including vendor selection, contract management, and financial analysis.
- Real estate market trends evaluation and report development for each country where TN Switzerland operates.
- Administrative tasks, including lease contract data entry and database updates.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess a college degree in economics, accounting, or finance and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. Key skills include analytical and organizational abilities, proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
