To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A few years of work experience in a similar position and environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel) is essential.
  • Experience with BI systems (Power BI, SAP Analytics) would be advantageous.
  • A strong background in financial analysis, planning, and control, as well as proficiency in SQL and scripting skills (VBA), is desirable.
  • The ability to work with SAP HANA or similar ERP systems is required.
  • A strong 'hands-on mentality,' excellent analytical thinking, and the preparation of figures.
  • Familiarity with Korean and English languages, with the latter being preferred, and good communication skills.
  • A professional appearance, very good communication skills, and an accurate working style.
