We are a company that specializes in providing outsourcing of projects and engineering tools development to manufacturers and maintainers of aeronautic products in Europe. Our goal is to help our customers achieve their engineering quality goals with a focus on certification.
Key Responsibilities- Reliability Engineering: Conduct reliability and safety analyses of aerospace component parts, assemblies, and systems using established methods and procedures to ensure product designs meet company, customer, and aerospace reliability and safety standards.
- Supplier Review: Review reliability programs and proposals submitted by suppliers to ensure manufacturing, engineering, and quality assurance processes support reliability and safety requirements and predictions.
- Reliability Predictions: Perform reliability predictions and analyses to support program requirements and deliverables, such as Failure Modes Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA), Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Weibull analysis, and Reliability Assessment (RA).
- Failure Data Analysis: Support the collection and analysis of failure data through a Failure Reporting, Analysis, and Corrective Action System (FRACAS) process and contribute to Reliability Review Board discussions and analysis of derived Safety effects for field occurrences and incidents.

- Master's Degree in Aerospace/Aeronautics Engineering or Bachelor's degree in Aerospace/Aeronautics plus related Master's degree.
- At Least 3 Years' Experience in the field of Reliability Engineering in Aeronautics.
- Relevant Experience in other areas of RAMS engineering.
- Extensive Knowledge of ARP4754 and ARP4761.
- Experience in FAR CS-23 & CS-25 is required.
- Language Skills: Proficient in English both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of Robin RAMS/PTC Windchill/Relex/Isograph.
- Highly Organized, Proactive, and Committed Individual.
- Strong Acumen in Project Planning, Statement of Work, and Technical Discussions.
