**About the Job
Optimus Search, a leading staffing and recruiting agency, has partnered with a top-notch Machinery Manufacturing company based in Switzerland. We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Software Engineer to design and develop cutting-edge software components for our client's robotics systems.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in object-oriented software development using C#/.NET and a strong understanding of architectural concepts. They should be proficient in agile engineering practices like TDD, ATDD, CI/CD, pair programming, and clean code.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and test software components for the robot controller using C#/.NET as part of an experienced Scrum team.
- Apply agile engineering practices to ensure top-quality software.
- Oversee the platform's architecture and provide technical leadership to the development team.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve bugs during the development process.
Requirements
- A degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering (FH, UNI), or equivalent training.
- Extensive experience in object-oriented software development using C#/.NET.
- Strong understanding of architectural concepts, with clean code and TDD/ATDD as essential aspects of your development approach.
- Enthusiastic about working in a flexible, dynamic environment and embracing agile methodologies.
- Confident in handling complex, interconnected software architectures.
- Native German proficiency, as well as fluency in English.
