Legal Assistant

At JobUp, we're looking for a highly skilled Legal Assistant to join our team. As a Legal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Legal Department in optimizing the delivery of its services.

Your tasks will be diverse and include handling requests from various judiciary authorities, managing databases used by the Legal Department, and supporting Legal Officers in managing larger cases. You will also be responsible for handling customer information requests, written correspondence with third parties, and other tasks such as coordination of legal translations.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent analytical skills, a keen understanding of the context of the tasks you are treating, and an excellent sense of organization, autonomy, rigor, and reliability. You will also need to be dynamic, have team spirit, and excellent communication skills.

• Basic economic education (CFC or equivalent) or university degree
• Minimum 2 years of work experience
• Fluent in French (C.2) and very good knowledge of German (B2) and English (B1)
• Excellent analytical skills and understanding of the context of tasks
• Excellent sense of organization, autonomy, rigor, and reliability
• Dynamic and team spirit
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel a plus
