Project Manager Global Industrialisation

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our Global Industrialisation team. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for managing projects in a matrix organization with internal and external stakeholders in industrialisation in an international context.
Main Responsibilities
- Overall management of projects, including planning, budgeting, organisation, and successful implementation of challenging industrialisation projects with external partners.
- Management of transfer projects for the smooth integration of technologies and processes.
- Effective support of technical suppliers, especially in sterile production of medical devices.
- Preparation of project proposals based on sound concept studies, which serve as a strategic basis for management decisions.
- Ensuring that project targets (time, quality, quantity, costs) are met.
- Closely cooperating and regularly exchanging with our external Contract Manufacturer, Product Maintenance, and internally with the Product Development, Product Management, and Quality departments.
Requirements
- Engineering or Technical Degree in the field of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, microtechnology, plastics technology, or business administration.
- Project management or several years of professional experience as a project manager in industrialisation, preferably in the field of medical device, pharmaceuticals, automotive industry, plastics processing.
- Willingness to travel (internationally) up to 25%.
- Independent worker with team spirit, solution-oriented, and organised.
- Strong communication skills and comfortable in a very dynamic environment.
- Very good language skills in English and German.
- Spanish knowledge can be an advantage.
