Quality Leader for Regulatory Compliance and Customer Engagement

This role involves establishing quality agreements, managing risk assessments, and supporting manufacturing operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating and improving quality processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing expert guidance on quality-related matters.

Responsibilities:

  1. Leading quality assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement.
  2. Developing and implementing process improvements and corrective actions.
  3. Maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders while resolving QA-related issues.
  4. Collaborating with QC-Project Leaders and MSAT for new product introductions.
  5. Authorizing and reviewing quality-related documents and SOPs.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  1. Extensive knowledge of quality management principles and practices.
  2. Proven experience in quality auditing, assessment, and improvement.
  3. Ability to communicate complex quality concepts to non-technical audiences.
  4. Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards.
