Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement statistical methodologies and models for analyzing real-world evidence (RWE) data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute statistical analyses that meet study objectives.
- Lead a team of biostatisticians and provide guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
- Perform advanced statistical analyses, including survival analysis, regression, and Bayesian methods.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in biostatistics and RWE.
- Communicate statistical findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements:
- PhD in biostatistics, statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in biostatistics, with a focus on RWE and the healthcare industry.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with a proven track record of leading a biostatistics team.
- Expertise in statistical software, such as SAS, R, or Python.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and guidelines related to biostatistics in the healthcare industry.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to provide innovative statistical solutions.
- Publication record in peer-reviewed journals and active participation in relevant scientific communities is desirable.
