As a key member of the Cloud Services Team in the Customer Success department, you will be a customer-facing representative of NetGuardians, responsible for deploying, administering, and operating our solutions for SaaS Clients and Partners.

You will work closely with our clients and partners in Switzerland, understanding their unique requirements and challenges, and providing operational support. Your strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment will be essential in this role.

Key responsibilities include:

• Deploying and administering NetGuardians solutions in various environments

• Collaborating with clients and partners to understand their requirements and challenges

• Providing operational support and troubleshooting

• Working in a dynamic, customer-facing environment with a global customer base

• Staying up-to-date with cutting-edge technologies and industry trends
