{"About the Position": "We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Resident Advisor at EF International Language Campuses in Brighton, MA. As a Resident Advisor, you will work closely with international students, providing support and guidance to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. Your primary responsibilities will include helping students at the reception desk, organizing on and off-campus activities, and performing administrative tasks. You will also be responsible for conducting dorm room checks and performing other duties as assigned by the Housing Director or School Director.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional customer service to international students
* Organize and lead on and off-campus activities
* Conduct dorm room checks and perform other duties as assigned
* Work closely with the Housing Director and School Director to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for students
**Requirements:**
* Previous Resident Advisor or Residential Life experience is a plus
* An interest in education, counseling, or international relations is a must
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
