About the Role
As a Cloud Architect in our thriving technical community at AWS EMEA SARL (Switzerland Branch) - G96, you will be part of a friendly and supportive team working together to bring the latest cloud computing technologies to organizations serving the public.

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Multi-National Organizations Air Transport Team, supporting some of the most important organizations to accelerate and scale innovation, reduce costs, drive efficiency, and use cloud technology in support of their missions. Your creativity will link technology to tangible solutions for business challenges, with the opportunity to define or invent cloud-native reference architectures with the worldwide AWS Solutions Architect community.

This role involves owning the technical relationship with customers and operating as their trusted advisor, educating them on the latest AWS technologies and design patterns. You will engage with business leaders, technologists, engineers, and analysts to help solve problems and gain insights using the latest technologies and methodologies.

The ideal candidate has experience architecting or deploying Cloud/Virtualization solutions in enterprise customers, specifically designing infrastructure solutions using both Linux/Unix and Windows. You should have excellent communication skills to convey complex technical information across various audiences, including executive-level stakeholders or clients. Experience in a technical role within a sales organization is preferred. Additionally, we are looking for candidates who can develop expertise in AWS technologies and contribute to deep architecture discussions around systems and applications in the cloud.
