Job DescriptionThe Transformation and Innovation Director will be responsible for leading the analysis, optimization, and standardization of Procurement processes across global operations. This includes conducting comprehensive assessments of existing Procurement processes, identifying areas for improvement, inefficiencies, and bottlenecks that hinder performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to optimize Procurement processes, streamline workflows, and eliminate waste.
- Partner with Capability Teams to identify new Products and services that can improve the efficiency of Procurement processes.

- Experience with a demonstrable record of delivering impactful results within large and complex organizations through design and transformation.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives within procurement, demonstrating the ability to drive change and innovation.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
