We're looking for a highly skilled Logistics and Supply Chain Solutions Expert to join our team in Switzerland. As a key member of our customer success organization, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with our B2B customers, ensuring they maximize the value of our solutions.

At Descartes, we're committed to innovation and sustainability. Our cloud-based solutions are used by over 26,000 customers worldwide, and we're dedicated to helping our customers transform their operations, enhance productivity, and improve customer satisfaction.

You'll work closely with internal teams to identify customer needs and develop tailored solutions to drive customer retention and growth. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining strong relationships with B2B customers, working with customers to implement and optimize EDI processes, serving as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, escalations, and problem-solving, collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met, and analyzing customer data to identify opportunities for optimization, upselling, and cross-selling.

To succeed in this role, you'll need at least 3-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or customer service in a B2B environment, fundamental knowledge of electronic data interchange (EDI), experience in SaaS, logistics, supply chain, or retail from an advantage, excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English, analytical skills to identify and implement strategic customer solutions, and experience working with ERP/CRM tools.

This is a dynamic and challenging role in a flexible and collaborative environment. You'll have the opportunity to work with key customers and contribute to their success, while also growing your skills and expertise in the field.
