Energy Trading Director

• We are seeking an experienced Energy Trading Director to manage our proprietary trading desk focused on European physical and financial energy markets (power, gas, emissions).
• The successful candidate will oversee a relevant origination book deriving from sales and trading counterparties and generate substantial margins from speculative activities.

• You will be part of a team that develops future-oriented solutions and collaborates with Repower's Trading Desk in Milan.
• Your expertise will support Repower's Asset Trading team and Portfolio Management with fundamental views and market insights.

• 10+ years' experience in energy trading in European markets on a proprietary basis (Gas & Power)
• Proven track record of achieving successful and consistent proprietary trading results
• Previous experience in leading trading teams as Trading Manager or Lead Trader

• A competitive salary package estimated at around CHF 200,000 per annum
