Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Application Lead to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and enhancement of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of D365 F&O, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Manage and maintain the existing Microsoft Dynamics CRM system, optimizing its performance and functionality.
- Provide operational support for D365 F&O and Business Central (BC), addressing technical issues and improving user experience.
- Develop and execute change management processes related to Dynamics 365 applications, minimizing disruptions and maximizing adoption.
- Oversee Dynamics 365-related projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, communicating effectively and building trust.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics products, with a strong focus on D365 F&O and BC.
- Proven operational experience in managing and maintaining complex software systems, with a solid understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Demonstrated expertise in change management and project management, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Solid relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with stakeholders at all levels.
- Comprehensive understanding of the D365 ecosystem, including its components, features, and best practices.
- Fluency in English and German (written and spoken), with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working within a manufacturing environment, with a deep understanding of industry-specific challenges and requirements.
