The PM Group is seeking a seasoned Mechanical Construction Project Manager to lead Mechanical Construction activities for a major pharmaceutical construction project in Switzerland.
This site-based role offers a dynamic and challenging environment, requiring a strong leader who can drive project success and promote a culture of excellence.
Main Responsibilities- Implement safety protocols, quality standards, and efficient processes to manage Mechanical construction activities.
- Lead the delivery of Mechanical workscope by leveraging expertise in mechanical engineering, construction, and site management.
- Collaborate with General Contractors and Design Teams to ensure project objectives are met.
- Coordinate statutory and utility interfaces to support Mechanical construction activities.
- Manage key milestones to achieve the project schedule.
- Support contract administration through technical input.
- Deliver regular status reports on Mechanical construction progress.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction or Engineering or relevant field.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in Mechanical Construction and/or Engineering.
- At least 5 years of construction experience in Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences.
- European work authorization.
- Strong work ethic, integrity, and self-motivation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- English language proficiency and ability to communicate with senior management.
- Organizational and time management skills.
