Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Finance Analyst to join our team in the EMEA region. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in financial planning, analysis, and day-to-day finance operations. Your primary responsibility will be to partner with sales and business units to ensure financial compliance and support commercial activities. You will work closely with stakeholders to drive financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes, including long-term planning, annual budgets, and forecasts. Additionally, you will manage monthly closing and reporting, including sales performance and margin reviews, and coordinate regional cost control for sales and business development. Other duties include monitoring and tracking rebate accruals, driving the monthly risks and opportunities process, analyzing business performance, recommending benchmarks, and developing plans to capture opportunities and mitigate risks.

Key Skills and Requirements:
