Reservations Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Reservations Agent to join our team at Tschuggen Hotel Group. As a key member of our reservations team, you will be responsible for managing guest reservations and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage guest reservations, including room assignments and special requests
• Communicate with guests and hotel partners to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with the reservations team to achieve sales targets and optimize room occupancy
• Monitor and maintain accurate records of guest preferences and special requests
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a related field, such as hospitality or customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and hotel staff
• Proficiency in German and English, with the ability to communicate in both languages
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
