Business Risk Management Specialist Kreditgeschäfte

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Risikomanager für unsere Kreditgeschäftsabteilung. Als Teil unseres Teams werden Sie bei der Schaffung und Umsetzung einer effektiven Business Risk Management-Struktur mitarbeiten, die der Abteilung Business Management der Commercial Division zugeordnet ist.
Aufgaben- Wirken Sie bei der Entwicklung und Pflege der Verbindung zwischen Front Office, Credit Office und Credit Operations mit.
- Unterstützen Sie das Front Office bei der Analyse und Bearbeitung von Kreditüberschreitungen.
- Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Qualität der bei der Pfandbriefbank eingereichten Dossiers gewährleistet ist.
- Optimieren Sie die Prozesse und vertreten Sie das Front Office in verschiedenen Projekten.
- Schulen Sie die Mitarbeitenden des Front Office in den neuen Kreditprozessen.
Wir erwarten von Ihnen:
- Eine fundierte höhere Ausbildung in Betriebswirtschaft, Risiko- und Kreditmanagement.
- Ausgewiesene Berufserfahrung in diesen Bereichen.
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der regulatorischen Rahmenbedingungen inkl. FINMA-Rundschreiben, der Bankprozesse im Kreditgeschäft, des Risikoframeworks sowie der Märkte und Handelsaktivitäten.
- Engagement, Eigeninitiative und Führungsqualitäten.
- Fließendes Deutsch und Französisch, Englisch und Italienisch sind von Vorteil.
