Mama Shelter is seeking a highly skilled Administrative & Finance Manager to join our dynamic team in Zurich. As a key player in our opening team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the financial future of our hotel.

About the Role:
  • Financial Strategy: You'll be responsible for developing and implementing our financial strategy, ensuring that our hotel operates efficiently and effectively.
  • Cost Optimization: As a Financial Manager, you'll identify areas where we can reduce costs without compromising our quality standards. Your expertise in cost optimization will help us improve our bottom line.
  • Financial Reporting: You'll be responsible for producing accurate and timely financial reports, providing insights into our hotel's performance and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Team Development: You'll lead and develop our Mama financial team, helping them grow and succeed in their roles. Your leadership skills and ability to mentor others will be essential in building a high-performing team.

We're looking for someone who is confident in their abilities, has a passion for numbers, and is not afraid to think outside the box. If you have experience in hotel openings and are familiar with Opera and Sun Systems software, that's a great asset
