Was die Stelle erfordert

  • Sie werden BI-Projekte von der Anforderungsaufnahme und Konzeptionsphase bis zur Implementierung initiieren und leiten.
  • Sie werden mit SQL Abfragen auf Datenbanken wie SAP HANA und Microsoft SQL Server entwickeln.
  • Sie werden den Überblick über unseren Datenbestand haben und ständig nach neuen Datenquellen suchen, um diese unter anderem für explorative Analysen zu nutzen. Dazu werden Sie sich mit allen relevanten Unternehmensbereichen vernetzen.
  • Sie werden die Kommunikation der Analyseergebnisse übernehmen und die erzielten Mehrwerte allen Stakeholdern verständlich und prägnant darstellen.
  • Darüber hinaus werden Sie für die Weiterentwicklung von relationalen und multidimensionalen Datenbanken wie den Aufbau von Kennzahlen, Dimensionen und Datenwürfeln zuständig sein.

Ihre Stärken

  • Sie verfügen über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Als Vollblutanalyst (w/d/m) denken Sie nicht nur in Zahlen und Daten, sondern ziehen auch die richtigen Schlüsse. Sie haben dies bereits in der Praxis erfolgreich bewiesen.
  • Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Business-Intelligence-Lösungen.
  • Ihre kunden-, lösungs- und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise ergänzen Sie durch ein hohes Maß an Einsatz- und Leistungsbereitschaft.
  • Sie sind bereit, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Projekte eigeninitiativ und aktiv voranzutreiben.
  • Sie haben Kenntnisse von statistischen Methoden und Programmiersprachen wie z.B. Python und R, um Trends und Muster in Daten zu identifizieren und diese auf einfache und greifbare Weise darzustellen.
  • Sie sind fit im Umgang mit Analysetools wie z.B. Power BI und verfügen über sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Datenbankabfragen (SQL) und -logiken.
