Gehalt

Das brutto-monatliche Gehalt für diese Position beträgt zwischen 5'200-6'000 CHF abhängig von der Qualifikation und Erfahrung.

Aufgaben und Pflichten

In diesem Aufgabengebiet unterstützen Sie unsere Insassen bei der Bewältigung ihrer täglichen Herausforderungen. Ihre Hauptaufgaben umfassen:

  • Die Betreuung der Insassen innerhalb gegebener Tagesstrukturen mit Berücksichtigung gesetzlicher und betrieblicher Regeln.
  • Selbstständiges Durchführen von Eintrittsgesprächen und Erstellung von Vollzugsplänen.
  • Unterstützung bei Sachhilfe- und Kontaktvermittlung im Bereich Arbeit, Wohnen, Finanzen und Sozialhilfe.
  • Erstellen und Prüfen von Anträgen auf Urlaub sowie Sicherstellung des Urlaubsprozesses.
  • Administrative Aufgaben wie Korrespondenz, Aktenführung und Programmüberprüfung.
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit externen Stellen wie Gefängnissen, Psychiatrisch-Psychologischem-Dienst (PPD), Strafvollzugsdienst, Behörden, Gerichten und Sozialämtern.
  • Teilnahme an Teamsitzungen und Projekten.

Ihr Profil

Für dieses Engagement suchen wir eine Persönlichkeit mit:

  • Laufendem oder abgeschlossenem Studium der Sozialen Arbeit oder Sozialpädagogik (FH/HF).
  • Interesse an strafrechtlichen Themen sowie Bereitschaft, Menschen in schwierigen Situationen zu unterstützen und mit unterschiedlicher kultureller Herkunft auseinanderzusetzen.
  • Gefestigte und kommunikative Persönlichkeit.
  • Hohe Belastbarkeit sowohl physisch als auch psychisch.
  • Erste administrative Erfahrung und ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten.
