Senior Cloud and On-Premises DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and open-minded Senior Cloud and On-Premises DevOps Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Data Warehouse team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining our cloud-based Data Warehouse, which delivers reports containing card-based payment transactions in various formats for external and internal stakeholders.

About the Role

  • Design and implement scalable and efficient cloud-based architecture for our Data Warehouse
  • Develop and maintain reports and data visualizations for various internal and external customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape the future of Worldline Business Intelligence and reporting solutions
  • Introduce and apply new technologies to improve our existing on-premises Data Warehouse and reporting systems
  • Take on responsibility for our solutions and deliveries, including incident and on-call service

Requirements

  • Profound knowledge of innovative SRE/DevOps topics and experience in a similar role for over 5+ years
  • Customer-focused, analytical, and able to work independently
  • Quality awareness and proficient in English, German, Italian, Spanish, or French
  • Knowledge of card-based transaction systems and experience with technologies such as GCP BigQuery, Cloud-based architecture, Serverless Technologies, Linux System and service administration, Bash scripting, and GitLab CI/CD
