Job Description

As a key member of the Swisscom AG team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our distribution channel strategy. This includes managing a team of channel managers, overseeing the qualification, steering, and ensuring the distribution of our product portfolios in the small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) channels, as well as introducing new services in the distribution.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for our products in the distribution channels.
  2. Product Lifecycle Management: Ensure the smooth management of the product lifecycle in the distribution.
  3. Channel Coordination: Coordinate the multichannel distribution strategy to ensure seamless customer experience.
  4. Performance Management: Develop and implement measures to achieve distribution targets.
  5. Channel Focus: Focus on both direct and indirect distribution channels in the SME business.
Requirements
  1. Market Experience: Proven experience in market development in direct and indirect sales, preferably in the business customer segment/SME segment.
  2. ICT Market Knowledge: Knowledge of the ICT market and proven experience in product, sales, or marketing management.
  3. Go-to-Market Expertise: Experience in go-to-market initiatives (product launches) and sales steering.
  4. Language Skills: Very good German; French is an asset.
