We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team.

Job Description
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets. You will manage the day-to-day operational aspects of multiple projects simultaneously, leading, coaching, and motivating project teams to achieve productivity and engagement. You will collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, monitoring project progress and adjusting as necessary to ensure successful completion. Additionally, you will identify, assess, and minimize project risks throughout the lifecycle, communicating project status, issues, and successes regularly to all stakeholders. Finally, you will ensure quality standards and customer satisfaction are maintained.

The Ideal Candidate
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Game Design, or a related field. You will have a minimum of 7 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in the gaming industry. You will possess a strong understanding of the software development cycle and agile methodologies, along with proven leadership skills and experience managing large, diverse teams. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are essential, as well as the ability to solve complex problems and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., JIRA, Asana) is also required. A high level of English proficiency is mandatory, with a strong command of both written and spoken English.

What We Offer
In this role, you can expect a competitive daily rate of 700 CHF. The initial contract duration is 6 months, with the possibility of extending the project in the long term. You will work in a creative and collaborative environment with access to cutting-edge technology and tools. Additionally, you will participate in industry conferences and events.

Key Responsibilities
