Job Summary

DigiTech Search is seeking an experienced PKI Security Engineer to join our team in Switzerland. As a PKI Security Engineer, you will play a key role in enhancing our Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) by working with cross-functional teams to improve security, automation, and compliance.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage PKI solutions to support enterprise security and authentication needs.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts for certificate lifecycle management and enrolment.
  • Optimize certificate management processes, ensuring secure and efficient deployment across the organization.
  • Troubleshoot PKI-related issues and provide expert-level guidance on best practices.
  • Collaborate with security teams to refine PKI policies, compliance strategies, and governance frameworks.
  • Integrate certificate-based authentication with enterprise applications and IT infrastructure.
  • Stay up to date with the latest security and compliance regulations, including NIST, CIS, and ISO 27001.
  • Provide technical mentorship and documentation to support best practices in enterprise certificate management.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • In-depth knowledge of PKI, certificate authorities, and Active Directory Certificate Services (AD CS).
  • Experience with certificate-based authentication and enterprise security best practices.
  • Proficiency in .NET or C# development for certificate management automation.
  • Strong understanding of encryption standards, key management, and network security protocols.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory environments.
  • Familiarity with security compliance frameworks such as NIST, CIS, and ISO 27001.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and analytical approach.
  • Strong communication and documentation abilities in English (French or German is a plus).
  • A goal-oriented, adaptable, and team-focused mindset, with a high level of resilience and social competence.
