About the Role

Audemars Piguet is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our R&D team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in understanding and analyzing business requirements, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing solutions to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand and analyze business requirements to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements, including market trends and existing processes.
  • Develop and maintain business cases and resource plans to support business initiatives.
  • Design and propose solutions to meet business needs, including functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Work with IT teams to develop technical requirements and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Develop quality assurance measures to ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Ensure compliance with IT architecture and data teams to ensure integration with existing IT landscape.
Requirements
  • Higher education degree in computer science or equivalent ITIL V4 Certification.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar position in IT Department or R&D department.
  • Knowledge of cross-industrial processes and Research and Development product processes.
  • Familiarity with Autodesk tools (Vault, Inventor) and other CAD tools in the market (Solidworks).
  • Knowledge of simulation and CAM tools.
  • Able to work in a dynamic and under construction environment.
  • Good communication level, able to communicate with IT profiles, Business manager/director or business expert.
  • Proficient in French and good oral and written English skills.
