Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Marketing and Communications Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our brand strategy, creating engaging content, and managing our digital presence.
Key Responsibilities- Brand Management: Develop and maintain our brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all communications and promotional materials.
- Concept Development and Implementation: Create new ideas and refine our touchpoints to enhance our digital presence.
- Budget Management: Oversee the allocation of our marketing budget, tracking expenses and reporting on departmental performance.
- Website and Intranet Management: Develop and maintain our website and intranet, ensuring they meet the latest industry standards.
- Content Marketing and Distribution: Create engaging content for various channels, including social media, the website, client communications, and presentations.
- Event Management: Plan, execute, and track events, including concept development, organization, and evaluation.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in a similar Marketing and Communications role within a financial institution or technology company.
- A degree in Marketing and Communications or a related field.
- Strong understanding of common Marketing and Communications best practices and trends.
- Professional and accurate work ethic, with excellent communication skills.
- Good knowledge of IT applications, including MS Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, and WordPress.
- Excellent written and verbal language skills in German and English.
