Job Summary

TN Switzerland is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Material Order Specialist. This position involves processing orders for materials, including entry, acknowledgement, revision, and preparation of shipping documents.

As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment while maintaining compliance with export control regulations.

Responsibilities include collaborating with transportation carriers and brokers to clear customs, coordinating intercompany scheduling of orders, and reporting activities regularly.
