About the Role:This is an exceptional opportunity to join our team as a Senior Technical Assurance Expert, where you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with national and international standards. Your expertise will play a critical role in shaping our technical assurance vision and leading the planning and execution of processes and tools to ensure compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective technical assurance strategies that align with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the engineering department and corporate compliance team, to ensure seamless integration of technical assurance practices
- Analyze emerging trends and regulations in the industry, anticipating their impact on Skyguide's processes and working methods
- Provide expert advice to senior management on technical assurance, compliance, and quality concerns, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Lead and manage a team of technical assurance experts, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Masters degree in Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- Proven track record as a Business Analyst, System Manager, Software Manager, or Quality Manager, with expertise in SES Regulatory Framework
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and French, and good command of German
- A competitive salary: CHF 120,000 - 150,000 per year, depending on experience
- 80-100% work percentage
