Job Duties
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues during commissioning, escalating concerns in a proactive manner.
- Oversee projects covering black utilities, clean utilities, and HVAC systems, from WFI to Steam systems.
- Support integrated commissioning of DeltaV system software, hardware, and interfaces.
- Provide hands-on engineering support for troubleshooting control system process control and operational issues.
- Fine-tune equipment performance to meet required acceptance criteria.
- Ensure correct and safe start-up of black, clean utilities, and HVAC systems, considering risks and mitigations outlined in method statements and risk assessments.
Key Requirements
- Degree qualified in Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related subject.
- Experience in process commissioning with knowledge of utility system commissioning.
- Delta V DCS hands-on commissioning and troubleshooting experience.
- cGMP knowledge and awareness of regulatory requirements.
- Fluent English is essential; German language skills are beneficial but not necessary.
