Key Account Manager Switzerland Job Description

As a Key Account Manager Switzerland, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and driving sales growth in the off-trade channel. This role requires a deep understanding of the Swiss market and a strong analytical skillset to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of key customers, including retail chains and independent stores
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement promotional plans to drive sales and increase customer engagement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • At least 3+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the FMCG industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Fluency in German and English, with a working knowledge of French
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction
