About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales professional to join our team in Bern, Switzerland. As a key member of our Institutional Sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our institutional clients in the Bern region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a structured sales strategy to acquire new clients and grow existing relationships
  • Build and maintain a deep understanding of our investment products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition to clients
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Provide exceptional client service and support to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and tactics to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in institutional sales, with a minimum of 4 years of experience
  • Strong sales skills and a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • University degree in business, economics, or finance, or a related field
  • Excellent knowledge of the institutional market in Bern, including pension funds, foundations, and insurance companies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and clients
  • Fluency in German (or Swiss German) and excellent English language skills
