Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Michael Page. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of project planning, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure projects are progressing as planned
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential project risks
  • Develop and implement project management strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders
  • Manage and train junior project coordinators to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Fluency in French and English (written and spoken)
  • Valid driver's license
