Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Lead Service Manager to support our Chef de Service and F&B Manager in delivering exceptional service to our guests. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the service team, managing daily service operations, and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the service team in the absence of the Chef de Service/F&B Manager and ensure a flawless performance
  • Develop and implement daily service plans, coordinating with the kitchen brigade to ensure seamless execution
  • Provide exceptional guest service, responding to individual requests and needs
  • Curate our wine and beverage menu, ensuring a diverse and high-quality selection
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu concepts and promotions
  • Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring efficient use of resources
  • Train and develop the service team, sharing knowledge and expertise
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Coordinate special events and banquets, delivering exceptional experiences for our guests
Requirements
  • Completed education in hospitality or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end gastronomic setting
  • Extensive knowledge of wine and the ability to provide expert recommendations
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in German and English, with additional languages a plus
  • Tact and diplomacy to manage diverse work schedules and teams
