Job SummaryWe are looking for a talented Lead Service Manager to support our Chef de Service and F&B Manager in delivering exceptional service to our guests. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the service team, managing daily service operations, and ensuring a seamless guest experience.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the service team in the absence of the Chef de Service/F&B Manager and ensure a flawless performance
- Develop and implement daily service plans, coordinating with the kitchen brigade to ensure seamless execution
- Provide exceptional guest service, responding to individual requests and needs
- Curate our wine and beverage menu, ensuring a diverse and high-quality selection
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu concepts and promotions
- Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring efficient use of resources
- Train and develop the service team, sharing knowledge and expertise
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Coordinate special events and banquets, delivering exceptional experiences for our guests
- Completed education in hospitality or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end gastronomic setting
- Extensive knowledge of wine and the ability to provide expert recommendations
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in German and English, with additional languages a plus
- Tact and diplomacy to manage diverse work schedules and teams
