Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Global Product Manager to join our team at AXICOM HV AG. As a Global Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing the growth and gross margins of our products through new product developments, product improvements, and creation of business plans for existing and new products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement product strategies to drive growth and profitability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product development meets customer needs and market trends
- Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify opportunities for product improvement
- Establish processes for tracking market prices and target cost analysis
- Provide technical sales support to global sales team and directly to global customers
- Coordinate and implement product and applications training for customers, sales, customer service, and applications engineering
- Responsible for costing, profitability, and business cases
Requirements:
- Master's degree in engineering (mechanical or electrical) preferred
- International working experience preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in Technical Sales, Product Management, or Business Development, ideally in high voltage or energy environment
- Good technical understanding and analytical skills
- Proficient MS Office user and SAP knowledge a plus
- Fluent in English and good command of German language
- Willingness to travel for customer visits, presentations, etc.
