We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Systems Test Engineer to join our Solution Development & Integration organization in Rotkreuz (ZG). As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and integrating next-generation central lab physical and digital products, focusing on seamless interoperability between analyzers, workflow products, and IT systems.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Review and validate requirements documentation, architecture, and interfaces to ensure clarity, integration, and testability.
  • Define the integration, verification, and validation strategy based on project scope, schedule, architecture, workflows, and risks.
  • Create, maintain, and review test cases for software, hardware, and consumables across all lifecycle phases.
  • Compose, execute, and assess the results of functional and non-functional tests according to the defined Test Strategy.
  • Lead the execution, reporting, and documentation of system and solution integration and test campaigns, coordinating with stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant discipline, such as computer science, mechanical engineering, or chemical engineering.
  • Experience in systems engineering and working across multiple projects and/or products.
  • 2-5 years of experience in hands-on testing, preferably in the diagnostics industry.
  • Good documentation skills and excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Experience and understanding of software development processes.
