A key member of the Fortinet team, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business opportunities and growing existing customer relationships. This exciting role will allow you to leverage your extensive network to develop and execute strategic plans for key accounts, identify and pursue new business opportunities, and act as the primary interface between customers and all relevant divisions.

About the Team

The Fortinet Named Accounts team is a dynamic group of professionals focused on driving sales growth through direct engagement with key accounts and strategic partners. From our offices and/or working remotely, their mission is to develop and execute targeted sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted sales strategies and account development.
  • Act as the primary interface between customers and all relevant divisions to ensure seamless communication and delivery of Fortinet solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the cybersecurity market.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Fortinet solutions and technologies to effectively communicate their value to customers and stakeholders.
  • Drive quarterly business reviews with customers to ensure value from Fortinet investment and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Ensure customers are kept up-to-date with Fortinet product roadmaps to enable informed planning and risk mitigation.

Requirements

  • Prior sales experience in the hi-tech industry, preferably in cybersecurity and networking.
  • A consistent track record of sales achievement and demonstrated career stability and growth.
  • A highly motivated and competitive personality with strong attention to detail and a hunger to succeed.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral, with excellent listening skills.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and a hunger for winning.
