Enterprise Sales Specialist

Braintec AG is looking for an Enterprise Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the ERP environment, with a focus on enterprise-level customers.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions using Odoo software. Your ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, is crucial in building strong relationships and driving sales growth.
We require a degree in business administration or equivalent professional experience. Familiarity with agile project methodologies and experience negotiating at the highest level are also desirable. Proficiency in English (C2 level) and German (native level) is essential for success in this role.
Your daily tasks will include receiving inquiries from prospects, analyzing their business models, delivering demos, leading workshops, and creating customized proposals.
