Quality Program Manager

Lonza Biologics Porriño SLU is a global leader in life sciences operating across five continents. Our approach to science is centered around talented people working together to devise innovative solutions that help businesses improve lives.

We are seeking a Quality Program Manager to drive and lead all aspects of strategic Quality programs/projects within Integrated Biologics, Advanced Synthesis and Specialized Modalities.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Governance:

  1. Mentor managers across the Integrated Biologics, Advanced Synthesis or Specialized Modalities Quality organization.
  2. Support the Hoshin Kanri process for the Platform QLT and prepare/govern/coordinate delivery of the Platform Quality Plan objectives.
  3. Foster a culture of collaboration and transparency by developing content for and facilitating monthly Platform QLT meetings and quarterly Platform Quality Councils, including action tracking/minutes.
  4. Oversee Platform Quality programs/projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  5. Establish project management standards and methodologies within the Platform in alignment with the Quality Excellence and Quality Enabling Functions.
  6. Operate as Platform SME/SPOC for proficiency areas, supporting troubleshooting, audits & inspections, etc.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  1. Prepare and present detailed reports on strategic Quality program/project performance, risk status and operational metrics.
  2. Lead the business reporting process, providing weekly huddle reports, monthly Quality reports, quarterly batch release review, etc.
  3. Responsible for developing site and Platform Quality important metric and KQI targets and monitors performance monthly.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  1. Communicate effectively with collaborators, including senior management, program/project teams and external partners.
  2. Facilitate collaborator meetings, presentations and workshops.
  3. Build and maintain positive relationships to ensure collaborator buy-in and support.

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as experience in data analysis and reporting.
