Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Business-Analysten und Requirements-Engineer, der sich auf Cloud-Migrationsprojekte spezialisiert hat. Als Teil unseres Teams bei Coopers Group AG werden Sie eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Umsetzung unserer Cloud-Strategie spielen.

Ihre Aufgaben
  • Analysieren und validieren Sie bestehende Anforderungen und Identifizieren Sie Lücken und Risiken in den bestehenden Dokumentationen und Prozessen.
  • Überprüfen und validieren Sie bereits definierter Anforderungen und Spezifikationen für die Migration.
  • Arbeiten Sie eng mit technischen Teams zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass Änderungen effizient umgesetzt werden können.
  • Verwalten Sie den Change-Management-Prozess, einschließlich der Kommunikation mit den Stakeholdern.
  • Unterstützen Sie die Migration, indem Sie zusammenarbeiten mit dem Migrations-Team, um sicherzustellen, dass die technische Umsetzung den Geschäftsanforderungen entspricht.
  • Dokumentieren und berichten Sie über den Fortschritt der Migration und regelmäßig kommunizieren Sie mit Stakeholdern.
  • Überwachen Sie die Tests zur Validierung der migrierten Systeme und stellen Sie sicher, dass alle Anforderungen erfüllt werden.
Ihr Profil
  • Mindestens 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung als Business-Analyst und/oder Requirements-Engineer, idealerweise in Cloud-Migrationsprojekten.
  • Erfahrung mit Microsoft Azure und anderen Cloud-Technologien.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Anforderungsanalyse, Dokumentation und im Änderungsmanagement.
  • Erfahrung mit Tools wie JIRA, Confluence und anderen agilen Werkzeugen.
  • Technisches Verständnis von Cloud-Architekturen und IT-Infrastruktur.
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Konzepte verständlich zu kommunizieren.
  • Ausgeprägte Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, unter Druck zu arbeiten.
  • Teamorientierte Arbeitsweise mit starken kommunikativen Fähigkeiten.
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem verwandten Bereich.
  • Zertifizierungen in Business Analysis (z.B. CBAP) oder Microsoft Azure sind von Vorteil.
