At Creaitor, we're revolutionizing the content marketing landscape with our cutting-edge AI-driven platform. Our mission is to empower businesses to streamline their entire content lifecycle, making it easier for them to reach their target audience effectively.

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Machine Learning Engineer to spearhead our machine learning initiatives, working closely with our CTO. This role is critical as you will lay the foundation for our ML/AI capabilities, leading the development of innovative solutions that enhance our platform's functionality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models that drive business growth and user engagement.
  • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for machine learning initiatives aligned with Creaitor's goals, ensuring seamless integration with our product offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging machine learning to solve complex problems and improve user experience.
  • Evaluate and optimize model performance to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and scalability, driving business success.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar. Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.
  • Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
  • Experience in developing AI/ML solutions with a focus on LLM and LLM frameworks (e.g. LangChain). Strong knowledge and practical experience in Generative AI
  • Natural language processing (NLP) techniques and tools.
  • Vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Milvus) to store and manage high-dimensional data for similarity searches and recommendation engines.
  • Cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
