We are a leading provider of mobile site infrastructure construction and telecom HW implementation services.
This role is ideal for a professional looking to take on a challenging position in project management, with opportunities to develop their skills in team coordination and client communication.
- Independently oversee and manage the entire process of mobile site infrastructure construction and telecom HW implementation according to internal processes and clients' requirements.
- Coordinate directly with clients and partners to ensure deliverables fall within applicable scope and budget.
- Work closely with other teams to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible to fulfill project goals.
About the Job
This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain open communication with stakeholders.
- Manage independently according to established processes, end to end.
- Oversee site infrastructure upgrade, re-engineering, and reconstruction projects.
- Manage telecom and transmission HW installation activities as part of above projects.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Participating in site design surveys to ensure all sites are designed according to internal and customer requirements, Health and Safety regulations, and engineering norms and standards.
- Taking over, verifying, and launching new projects.
- Obtaining, verifying, and validating subcontractors' offers according to internal procedures and project scope of work.
- Managing services and material ordering process.
- Setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, kick-off, coordinating, monitoring, and reporting on project activities, cost & progress against schedule, scope of work, and budget.
- Maintaining project and company tools according to agreed rules by maintaining forecast & actual dates and project status.
- Performing risk management to identify and mitigate project risks.
- Escalating deviations from project design, schedule, scope, and cost.
- Managing changes to project scope, project schedule, and project costs.
- Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- FOLLOWING project status through regular contact with partners.
- Helping maintain and update processes and guidelines in accordance with the latest contractual obligations and standards as well as local regulations.
- Proposing further enhancements on the workflow tools related to the rollout part to increase team efficiency.
