Beschreibung der Rolle

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Verkaufs- und Kundenentwicklungsexperten, der sich auf kaffeebasierte Lösungen spezialisiert hat. Die Rolle ist Teil unseres Verkaufs- und Kundenentwicklungsteams, das sich auf die Entwicklung von Geschäftschancen, die Akquisition neuer Kunden und die Pflege bestehender Kunden konzentriert.

Hauptherausforderungen

  • Aktive Akquisition von Neukunden in Eigeninitiative und in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Digital Sales Team
  • Ausbau und Betreuung des Produktportfolios bei bestehenden Kunden (X-Selling)
  • Bedarfsanalyse gemeinsam mit dem Kunden erkennen und Lösungen präsentieren
  • Vorbereitung, Umsetzung und Nachbearbeitung / Dokumentation von Kundenbesuchen in unserem CRM-System Salesforce
  • Ansprechpartner der Kunden für Anfragen rund um das Kaffee-, Fruchtsaft- & Tee-Angebot
  • Pflege von Partnerschaften mit Kaffeemaschinenherstellern und -händlern

Forderungen und Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung
  • Verkaufserfahrung mit Fokus auf Akquisition und Kundenentwicklung
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten
  • Kommunikationsstark, überzeugend und entschlossen im Auftreten
  • Sehr gutes Zeitmanagement und hervorragende Organisationsfähigkeiten
  • Gute Französischkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Fundierte IT-Kenntnisse (MS Office, Salesforce)
  • Führerausweis erforderlich
  • Nice to have: Barista Zertifizierung oder hohe Affinität zu Kaffee / Kaffeemaschinen
