Our client is a renowned watchmaking and jewelry Maison.

Job Description

  • Oversee the logistics and installation of Visual Merchandising tools across multiple countries, ensuring timely delivery and effective stock management.
  • Coordinate orders for decorative displays and VM equipment, streamlining procurement processes.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of retail and wholesale locations, leveraging insights to drive sales growth.
  • Analyze Salesforce reports to benchmark performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop close relationships with Point of Sale teams, ensuring adherence to VM guidelines and best practices.
  • Provide training sessions in Switzerland and abroad, sharing expertise on exhibition design and display techniques.
  • Deliver remote training and consultancy using digital tools, such as PowerPoint presentations and Teams meetings.

The Successful Applicant

  • You hold a CFC Polydesigner 3D or equivalent qualification, demonstrating expertise in visual merchandising.
  • You possess at least 5 years of experience in VM, including logistics, installation, and assembling displays yourself.
  • You are comfortable with regular travel, spending 50% of your time in Switzerland and abroad.
  • You bring a keen eye for detail and strong planning skills to this role.
  • You thrive in an autonomous environment and enjoy taking ownership of projects.
  • You possess a B2-C1 Level in English - C1 or C2 in French, facilitating communication across languages.
