{"About the Role

Crypto Finance Group is a fast-growing company that values collaboration and innovation. We are seeking a skilled Junior QA Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of our custom-built order management, infrastructure, and risk tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the QA team to test, support, and coordinate the correct execution of our custom-built order management, infrastructure, and risk tools with client-facing and internal components in an agile development environment.
  • Contribute to both automated and manual testing approaches, including specifications and engineering requirements.
  • Manage the release process, including reviewing automated and manual test outcomes, analyzing performance test results, scrutinizing logs for anomalies, and reporting on the quality of the release candidate.
  • Process product reviews, inform the development team of defects and errors, and communicate quantitative and qualitative findings from test results to the development team. Monitor efforts to resolve product issues and track progress.
  • Ensure that the final product satisfies the product requirements and meets end-user expectations. Identify areas for improvement to enhance the product's efficiency.
Requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, patience, and strong documentation abilities.
  • Completed technical degree.
  • Some initial experience designing test plans and writing test cases.
  • Some initial experience with a test management tool such as TestRail, Zephyr, etc.
  • Some initial experience working within the Agile framework.
  • Familiarity with industry trends, latest frameworks, and the trade-offs of existing automation/testing solutions.
  • Must be experienced in a programming language (preferably Python).
  • Must have a product-oriented mindset, be creative, and take the initiative to improve product test coverage and effectiveness.
  • Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, etc.
  • Relevant training and/or certification, such as ISTQB, is an advantage.
