Beauty Consultant Responsibilities

• Provide professional and personal advice in the product categories of skincare, makeup, and fragrance.
• Conduct skin analyses and touch-ups.
• Ensure unique shopping experiences and repeat business.
• Build and maintain a close customer relationship, as well as acquire new customers.
• Be responsible for the complete and optimal product presentation and care of assigned stores, as well as window display.

Additional Store Manager Responsibilities

• Lead the store with responsibility for sales, cash register, and inventory, as well as achieving set company and budget goals.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the store team, including personnel planning.
