The Commercial Risk Switzerland Operations Lead will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations within the in-country operations teams, ensuring efficient processes, improving and automating processes, high-quality service delivery, and compliance with industry regulations.
This role requires strong leadership skills, a good understanding of the relevant processes for a broker, and the ability to manage and motivate a team. You will also be actively involved in the day-to-day tasks and operations, including transitioning tasks from the business into in-country operations as well as transitioning tasks to CoE where relevant.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage the operations team.
- Oversee the processing of insurance policies and renewals.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Develop and implement operational procedures.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer experience.
