Talent Acquisition Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the implementation of all HR processes within their scope of responsibility, including workforce planning, succession planning, performance management, and other applicable processes. They will work closely with operational and strategic stakeholders to understand business needs and provide support and suggestions when applying HR policies and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies to drive business results
  • Work closely with management to proactively support and suggest HR topics, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the business
  • Provide coaching and support to management around key people management activities, such as hiring and retention, performance management, employee relations, talent management, learning and development, etc.

In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for monthly activities and ad-hoc projects across functions and countries (CH, DE, NL, IT, US). This includes:

Reporting & Analytics (Global)
  • Monthly HR controlling data management at Global HUG level for headcounts, labor cost & HR KPIs
  • Annual Budget definition and follow up with Director of department
  • Strong partnership with Finance Controlling team to ensure data consistency
Compensation & Benefits (Global)
  • Manage Annual salary review process with sites and departments to ensure appropriate validation
  • Ensure consistency with Annual Performance Review process to maintain good talent retention
  • Collaborate with Global HR team / Site Manager on Annual bonuses process for all subsidiaries
HR Administration (CH only)
  • Support in HR day-to-day business (contract management, reference letters, entries and exits, etc.) with support of our local HR Specialist
