Senior Business Analyst Project Manager

LIONSCOUT GROUP is seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager to enhance investment and banking processes.

This role requires a dynamic and detail-oriented professional experienced in managing IT projects, capable of navigating complex requirements and delivering solutions that meet the financial sector's high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Analysis and Requirement Gathering: Lead requirement identification, documentation, and validation to ensure operational and ICT solutions are aligned with business needs.
  • Project Leadership: Manage project groups, overseeing the installation, configuration, and integration of banking software solutions while coordinating technical project aspects.
  • Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary liaison, guiding customers through project lifecycles, from pre-implementation to GoLive and ongoing support.
  • Process Optimization and Analysis: Evaluate and enhance existing investment and pension planning applications and processes to streamline functionality.
  • Support and Collaboration: Work closely with product owners and other stakeholders to address technical and operational questions and support the delivery of comprehensive solutions.
Requirements

Our ideal candidate has:

  • Experience: Several years of experience as a Business Analyst or IT Project Manager, with a strong background in banking investments and project management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in SQL, with solid experience in modern and agile IT methodologies. Knowledge of risk management, change management, and resource planning is a plus.
  • Certifications: Project management certifications (e.g., PMI, Prince2, Scrum) are highly valued.
  • Language Requirement: Advanced German and English language proficiency is required.
  • Residency: Candidates must be residents of Switzerland.
